Q: How do I request a new or replacement Access Fob?

For Tenants requesting a new fob: Please have the homeowner fill out a Tenant Occupant Registration Form so that amenity privileges can be transferred, using the following link: https://na4.documents.adobe.com/public/esignWidget?wid=CBFCIBAA3AAABLblqZhCTPKLNV6O4D3Q_lfFAQUBMIJxiBMh9QrnfnKh3CczWONnkFlESbY5lJczUQdS382c*

Please note: After signing the above documents, you will receive an email to confirm your signature. Your request will not be processed if your signature is not confirmed. 


Please contact us via email at WhisperValleyHOA@GoodwinTX.com with any questions or if you require further assistance with an amenity access request. If you are a Tenant, please ensure that a Facilities Use Agreement is completed by the homeowner prior to the issuance of the Access Fob. 


Q: How long does it take for my request to be fulfilled and how will I receive my Access Fob? 

A: Once you have completed the required documentation using the process outlined above, the office will receive notice of your fob request and will coordinate with you via email to retrieve your fob(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for the office to process your request. 

 

Q: How do I pay for my Access Fob? 

A: Any charges will be billed to your HOA account.  Click HERE to pay for any applicable charges.  

NOTE:  Charges will not be reflected on your account until your request has been processed and finalized. 


Q: How many Access Fobs do I get? 

A: 1 access fob per property (free of charge). Additional/replacement fobs can be issued for $25 per fob.
